1. Acceptance
By using Tugye Accounting (portal.tugye.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Tugye Accounting is provided by Tugye Consults Ltd, P.O. Box 29913, Kampala, Uganda.
2. Service Description
Tugye Accounting is a cloud-based accounting platform providing invoicing, payments, payroll, inventory, project management, and financial reporting services.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access. Each organization account is managed by the Owner role.
4. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data entered into Tugye Accounting. We do not sell, share, or use your financial data for any purpose other than providing the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
5. Subscription Plans
Free, Starter (UGX 27,000/mo), Business (UGX 55,000/mo), and Enterprise (UGX 110,000/mo) plans are available. Hotel360 is available as an Enterprise add-on for UGX 20,000/mo. Plan limits are enforced automatically. Payments are non-refundable.
6. Uptime
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via email.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tugye Accounting is provided as-is. We are not liable for any financial losses arising from use of the software, including incorrect tax calculations. Always verify calculations with a qualified accountant.
