Enable Hotel Module
Upgrade to Enterprise and add Hotel360 from your subscription page, or contact Tugye support for help.

Upload Your Logo
Go to Settings and upload your hotel logo. It will appear in the app navigation and on guest documents.

Set Up Rooms
Go to Hotel Ops > Rooms. Create room types (Standard, Deluxe, Suite) with rates, then add individual rooms with numbers and floors.

Add Menu Items
Go to Hotel Ops > Hotel Menu. Add your restaurant food items and bar drinks with prices and categories.

Create Staff Logins
Go to Hotel Ops > Hotel Staff. Create simple username + password logins for your team. No email needed.

Install the App
Share portal.tugye.com/install-hotel with your team. They can install Hotel360 as a standalone app on their phones.

Start Operations
Create reservations, check guests in, take restaurant orders, manage housekeeping, and run your bar โ€” all from one system.
